Work It: Hoola Hooping and Pretzels

Hey everyone! Hoola Hooping may be fun, but did you know it is one of the best exercises too? Hoola hooping improves the muscles around your stomach and waist, also removing excess fat. I actually do Hoola hooping every single day, well, whenever I can fit a 2 minute non-stop hoola hooping challenge! The good thing is, you won't get tired and get sweaty, besides for aching in the below rib area but it will dissapear if you make Hoola Hooping your daily routine.
Did you know you can replace your Potato Chip diet with pretzels???? Baked and unsalted pretzels are a better choice of snack to be munching on. It won't do you any magic thing that makes you healthier, but it is a better choice. It's just basically flour and water.

Another thing is to remember is too EAT BREAKFAST! It might sound like common sense but breakfast improves your metabolism and stops you from eating too much junk food throughout the day and excessive overeating. Some dieters skip breakfast each day..as they think it will help them lose weight. Unfortunately, that's wrong.
